  • Yoga is much more than a physical practice. Yoga is a philosophy of life, it is a methodical practice that involves the mind, soul and body. Here you will find different types of physical movement classes, asana, which are the postures that make yoga unique in its way. Learn more in the YOGA section.

  • One of the guidelines and foundations of yoga is pranayama; conscious and present breathing. Visit the YOGA section to find different types of breathing exercises to calm you, get to know yourself better, find your potential, heal and transform yourself.

  • Meditation is a perfect practice for real life. If you are one of those who think you don't have time to meditate, you probably need at least 30min of meditation a day; and if, on the other hand, you are one of those who wants to meditate, 5min could be more than enough. Visit the YOGA section to find unique meditation practices.

  • The relationship and communication you establish with yourself (inner child, body, emotions) and your baby is very important. It is part of your well-being, mental and physical health, to live optimally and positively the most important transformation of your life. Through these classes, Jihan will guide you with love, respect and understanding in the process of connecting with your interior, your strength, and your baby.

  • BASICS OF YOGA

    This introductory yoga workshop is perfect for beginners of all ages and abilities. You will learn the basics of yoga - how to do a variety of yoga poses, how to breathe deeply and mindfully, and how to meditate.

    By the end of the workshop, you will have a good understanding of the basics of yoga and you will be able to practice on your own.

  • HIGH VIBE YOGA

    This workshop is a unique opportunity to experience the power of yoga and sacred mushrooms together. You will learn how to use yoga to enhance your mushroom experience, and you will learn how to use mushrooms to enhance your yoga practice, and your overall life.

  • PRANAYAMA: THE ART OF BREATHING

    Pranayama is a powerful breathing technique that can be used to improve your holistic health. In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of pranayama; the importance of breath, different types of pranayama and how to practice it.

    By the end of the workshop, you will have a good understanding of pranayama and you will be able to practice it on your own.
